Academic Overview
  • Saint Joseph School offers a U.S. type rigorous academic program based on Common Core Standards and New Generation Standards. Our school is accredited by Cognia (AdvancED) and we also comply with the Dominican Ministry of Education curriculum requirements by offering a Spanish language and Dominican social studies program.
  • We offer a safe, healthy and stimulating environment for the integral development of the students, focusing on developing a growth  mindset.
  • We make an emphasis on the development of critical thinking, reading, writing, oral communication and mathematical reasoning, as well as attention to the value of citizenship, the value of patriotism and moral and family values: "Better values, better people".

 Saint Joseph School is divided into three different units or schools:

  1. Early Education School: Toddlers I (1 year old) - Kindergarten
  2. Elementary School: Grades 1 - 6
  3. High School: Grades 7 - 12

Each school or unit has a Principal, an Assistant Principal, a Psychologist for Early Ed and Elementary School, a Psychologist for grades 7 and 8 and a Counselor for High School. Each division has its own Technology Lab, Art and Music classrooms, a motorskills gym for Early Ed, a Space Maker in the Elementary School and a Science Lab for High School.

Toddlers I & II: 14 students 

Toddlers III:     16 students

PK & Kinder:     20 students

1st & 2nd:        22 students

3rd - 12th:       25 students
